GENERAL PURPOSE Under administrative direction of the Chief Executive Officer, provides legal guidance and support to Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP). Responsible for advising leadership on legal matters including contracts, leases, labor and employment issues, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk.
